A Free Website Template for Marketing Your Mobile App

We’re happy to announce the release of FlexApp, a completely free, fully-responsive HTML/CSS website template for use in marketing your mobile application.

We developed this for internal purposes and like it so much we’ve decided to give it away to everyone. It’s no question the value in having a website to promote your mobile application. We’re hoping some of you developers find this as a useful way to save time that would be better spent developing your app!

We’re proud to announce the launch of our first responsive website, SabioDudleySquare.com. If you’re unfamiliar with the term responsive web design, it’s the use of CSS3 media queries and fluid proportion-based grids to allow a website layout to adapt to the device it’s being viewed on. As a result, users across a broad range of media devices (phones, tablets, and desktop computers) will all be able to view a single source of content, laid out to be easily read and navigated without having to resize or zoom the browser window.

With responsive web design there’s no longer a need to have a separate mobile website, as full websites can now easily adapt to the mobile web browser. As you can see in the images below, the website conforms to the width of the device, moving around and sometimes eliminating elements to present the important content in an easy-to-read format.
